January 2011 We rented a studio apartment at Mont Vernon from Amaury and Thibault Meziere last winter for 3 months (January, February and March 2010). It was so incredible that we are renting again for 3 months this winter (2011). Mont Vernon is a former all suite resort that has been converted to privately-owned studio apartments and, in our opinion, its location is the best on the island...located at the north end of Orient Bay, you are steps from the sandy beach which stretches 1 1/3 miles southward. Orient Beach is known as the "St. Tropez of the Caribbean." Amaury and Thibault are brothers who own several studio apartments at Mont Vernon and Le Bistrot Caraibes, a fabulous French restaurant in Grand Case. They are tremendous gentlemen and landlords...if there is any need for attention in the unit, they respond very, very quickly and provide or replace anything upon request. February 2011 We love staying at this apartment. We have been twice and are returning in the fall and again in the winter. It is clean and well decorated with everything we need, including a washing machine. The view of the beach is stunning. We love starting our day having coffee on the balcony and watching the beach. January 2011 We have visited Mont Vernon four times. The last two have been to Thibault and Amaury studios which has been ideal for a comfortable and relaxing winter break. The studio is very well equipped and maintained, breakfast on the balcony, listening to the ocean and looking out over the beach, is an indelible menory and we have really enjoyed the swimming pool. We seldom stayed "at home" in the evenings and here again we have to thenk you for running such an excellent restaurant. Intimate and friendly, Bistro Caraibes offers superb meals. The veal medallions, which seem to melt in the mouth, are matched by succulent lobster from the tank by the door. Above all, we have enjoyed the courteous service and we have also enjoyed watching the oustanding teamwork between two brothers which makes the Bistro so special. We wish we were closer!! February 2011 We stayed in one of Amaury and Thibault’s studio apartments in Mont Vernon in February 2010 (2-week stay) and, again in February 2011 (3-week stay). Amaury and Thibault are terrific hosts -- we can't say enough about their great hospitality! If anything is needed, all you have to do is call. One of them (or both of them) will be there to take care of whatever you need. The apartments are very well appointed, the kitchen is great, bed is comfortable, and the walk down to the beach is perfect. Great water/beach views from the apartments! It’s also wonderful to have free WI-FI to stay in touch with family and friends back home. We have already booked our stay for February 2012 (3-week stay again) with Amaury and Thibault (booked it before we left in February 2011!). We would highly recommend these studio units to anyone visiting St. Martin. And, be sure to eat at Amaury and Thibault’s restaurant on Grand Case – Bistrot Caraibes – great food, and a great value for the money! Martha & Charles Canada
April 2011 We have stayed three times at the Studios of Thibault and Amaury and have enjoyed each and every visit. The studio is so convenient and very clean. We love the location since it is right on the beach, with a beautiful view. The studio is very well appointed, great to have a washing machine and kitchen. The grocery store is very close by, just a short drive away. Also, don't forget to enjoy a great meal at Thaibault and Amaury's Restaurant, Bistrot Caraibes in Grand Case. The meal is wonderful and the service is warm and friendly. Thibault and Amaury are wonderful hosts, they make you feel right at home. Both in their studio and in their restaurant. April 2011 WONDERFUL VACATION RENTAL!! WOW does not even begin to describe our stay in this beautiful studio. We just returned from one week in paradise and will definetly be returning, beautiful interior decor and a fully equipped kitchen . February 2011 We left snowy New Jersey and arrived to Saint martin Island and this lovely condo, we loved our walks along the beach every morning , The condo was comfortable, well stocked and nicely furnished. May 2011 I have been going to saint martin for years and I can honestly say, that the condo is the perfect location on the Island. The beach is beautiful and it is close to everything (restaurants, pool bars, stores, shopping). The views from the balcony is amazing and the kitchen is nice as well. June 2011 Our stay was great .Kitchen was well supplies with cooking accessories, and I made some great seafood meals while I was there. Swimming pool was fantastic with plenty of sunshine. February 2011 What a vacation!!! It was wonderful! The condo is spacious, lovely and well suited. I would definitely recommend renting this place, especially since it's located so centrally to everything (the restaurants are a short drive away & the walk to the beach takes literally 30 seconds). The owner was also very friendly and easy to work with and responded quickly to all of our inquiries. Definitely rent this place! Thanks for making your great property available to rent!!
