Villa Eden View is a new, 4 bedroom 4.5 bath property, situated in the upscale gated community of Park View on the Western end of Orient Bay. It has been completed end of 2006, and the owners took lovingly care for every little detail to please guests, and using only exquisite, fine, top quality material and furniture. On 350m2 of living space, a combination of natural stone, marble and tropical wood has been used harmoniously, completed by tastefully selected furniture, decoration, fine linen and an individual touch added to every single room of the villa.

The Living room
A superbly equipped modern Gourmet kitchen adjoins the living room and includes a microwave, oven/stove, hot plates, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, a wine cellar, smoke ventilator and several smaller household appliances such as coffee maker, juicer, blender, crockery and a beautiful bar with marble countertops. Next to the kitchen is a small storage room for the food, cooking or household items you'll bring in during your vacation at Villa Eden View.
Back inside, the air-conditioned Villa has a very large open concept living room with high ceiling and extra wide sliding doors that open to the covered terrace & pool and the stunning view to one side, and the patio and lounge area to the rear, on the other side of the room.
The Kitchen
The spacious modern Gourmet kitchen with marble countertops features sophisticated equipment and all necessary large and small household appliances for cooking "at home" for a larger group. There is also a bar to serve your family or friends, or for having breakfast or a snack inside this wonderful home.

The Master bedroom is located in the main building, left of the living room, where as the other 3 bedrooms are situated in 3 individual bungalow buildings alongside the pool and sun-drenched deck.
The finely decorated Master Bedroom provides a private dressing room, and en-suite bathroom with double sinks and an West Indies (stall) shower done in natural stone.

The second bedroom at Eden View is situated in the first bungalow by the pool, next to the main house. It is equipped with a set of twin beds, A/C, fan, a minibar and TV set. Bedroom 2 has its private en-suite bathroom and separate toilet.
The bathroom has 2 sinks on a marble counter, a large mirror and a very large walking/stall shower. It is fully tiled in natural style tiles.

This elegant bedroom is in the middle of the three bungalow buildings, set alongside the pool. It has a four poster King bed with mosquito net, A/C, fan, a minibar and TV set. As all the other bathrooms of the villa, the bedroom has its private en-suite bathroom and the toilet room separately.
Bedroom no. 4 is finely appointed and tastefully decorated, to include fine linen, ample closet space, its own flat screen TV. This bedroom offers probably the best view of all bedrooms, as it is located in the first bungalow in the line by the pool, facing directly the sea and Orient Bay.
The three guest bedrooms are independent rooms, each situated in its own bungalow. These guest bedrooms have a great view of St. Bart's and the beach of Orient Bay.
